Bugs fixed in this release

 - Make monitor work and not crash shen self-monitoring could not
   initialize because of unsupported OS archtecture

 - Fix presentation of the "Link" tags in the device dashboard when
   tag words contain dots, such as "Link.other_router1.domain.com:Te1/5"
